There are 3 qualities aviable:

LQ - 700x530 at 3250kbps
MQ - 900x682 at 5000kbps (at WCM)
HQ - 1272x964 at 5555kbps (at YouTube)

The Interface i use is "Spartan UI 2.5.1" (www.spartanui.com)
But normaly i dont play with this, it was only for recording.

As always i speeded up the movie up to 8x (mostly 3x-5x)
but this time with some Time jumps.
In the left down corner you can see the actual playspeed.
