Let it be clearly stated that this video is AGAINST the ability "Arcane Power." Very plainly put... if executed by a macro; The target will incur damage befor the AP animation plays client side. Thus giving one no room to react with any counter measure. i.e. Iceblock, Frost reflector ect.

Harryp asked me to help him make this in order to bring this flaw to light.
