Soloing of Hakkar in ZG (All other boses where down)

Yes I know that Hakkar is not the hard when you kill all the other bosses, however his hp with them up and the 10 min enrage timer where what I was worried about, if the enrage timer was let's say 15 mins, and he didn't have the bat buff (some damage and 8 second silence) I think it would be doable even with all the other bosses still up.
